B2B Sales Manager

Are you passionate about driving business growth and leading successful teams? As an B2B Sales Manager , you'll oversee and inspire a dynamic team dedicated to generating revenue and fostering business growth. You will lead efforts in business development to grow one of our newest accounts. Build strategic client relationships alongside internal and external stakeholders and make a significant impact.

You have:

• 3 to 5 years of proven work experience in a leadership sales role (must)
• 3+ years of Sales B2B experience (must)
• 1+ years of BPO experience (desirable)
• English Proficiency B2+ (must) // French is a plus in your application
• Willingness to commute to our site located in CDMX, Insurgentes (near by Poliforum)
• A passion for customer experience and driving team results
• Experience in operations (BPO) and strategy building
