About the Role
Oh!My Snacks delivers healthy, personalised snacks to hotels, corporate offices, co-working spaces and gyms. The product sells itself once it's in the room; your job is to get it into the room.
What you'll do
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, meetings, proposals, negotiation, closing
- Build and manage your pipeline in CRM this is a hunter role with real targets
- Grow accounts after the close: check-ins, reviews, upsell
- Map the market (hospitality, corporate wellness, travel retail) and feed insights back to product and pricing
- Represent us at trade fairs and industry events
What you bring
- 2–3 years of B2B sales, ideally F&B, FMCG or corporate wellness
- Track record of hitting targets, you'll be asked about it
- Fluent Portuguese and English; CRM-literate (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar)
