We are seeking a highly skilled IT Technical Operations Specialist to join our BAO Technical Operations team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background with expertise in Azure DevOps, SQL, Kubernetes, and troubleshooting operational & user issues.

At least 5 years of experience:

Proficiency in SQL querying language for database management and reporting.

Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and its microservices.

Familiarity with monitoring and analytics tools such as DataDog, Splunk, AppInsights & Log Analytics

Handson experience with Azure DevOps for continuous integration and deployment. Understanding of pipeline creation and management is preferred.

Proven track record of delivering high quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
