Introduction:

We are seeking a skilled Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer to manage our hybrid technology environment, including Microsoft cloud services, VMware infrastructure, and enterprise storage solutions. This hands-on technical role is responsible for maintaining and optimizing both cloud and on-premises infrastructure components.

Core Responsibilities:

Microsoft 365 Platform Management (30%)

· Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 tenant configurations

· Manage Exchange Online environment including mail flow, security, and compliance

· Configure and maintain SharePoint Online sites, permissions, and information architecture

· Implement and manage Microsoft Teams, including policies, governance, and external access

· Oversee OneDrive deployment, security settings, and sharing policies

· Deploy and manage Microsoft 365 Copilot capabilities

· Monitor and optimize Microsoft 365 service performance
