AWS EKS Platform Architect

Overview

The AWS EKS Platform Architect is responsible for defining and governing the end-to-end architecture of a modern, enterprise-scale Kubernetes platform on AWS. This role leads the roadmap, standards, and modernization patterns required for large-scale API platform migration to EKS while establishing forward-looking API governance and GenAI/Agentic AI enablement strategies. The architect serves as the primary technical authority across platform, integration, security, and automation domains.

Your Role And Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end AWS EKS platform architecture and roadmap
• Lead knowledge transfer from incumbent NextEra architect
• Define and govern platform standards, integration patterns, and best practices
• Provide architectural oversight for API Gateway migrations to EKS
