About the Role

  The Client and Role: 
 We're currently working with a major Australian logistics company, following a recent merger they currently have high demand integration projects and are looking for an AWS DevOps Engineer to join the organisation on an initial 6 month contract with view to extend further following the program of work.
  Responsibilities: 
 Execute AWS setup and transition plans for existing applications, ensuring a seamless migration from on-premises to AWS cloud.
 Implement and configure CI/CD pipelines and container environments to streamline development and deployment processes.
 Develop Python scripts and establish a robust database setup to support Boundary changes for Lime, enhancing overall system efficiency.
 Work closely with AWS to implement security findings and identify cost-saving opportunities within the AWS environment, leveraging regular meetings to drive improvements.
