Role: AWS DevOps Cloud FinOps Engineer

- Analyze Cloud Spending: Continuously monitor and analyze AWS cloud costs, identifying trends, inefficiencies, and cost‑saving opportunities.
- Cost Optimization Strategies: Implement AWS‑specific cost optimization strategies including resource rightsizing, reserved instances, savings plans, and elimination of unused resources.
- Resource Management: Ensure AWS resource utilization is optimized and aligned with organizational cost objectives.
- Pricing Model Analysis: Evaluate AWS pricing models (on‑demand, spot, reserved instances) and recommend optimal choices based on workload and cost‑efficiency.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive cost reports, dashboards, and forecasts using AWS‑native tools and open‑source analytics tools, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
