- As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will engage in providing ongoing technical support and maintenance for both production and development systems. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting issues, implementing technology solutions, and ensuring the smooth operation of various software products across multiple platforms. You will work collaboratively with team members to address challenges and enhance system performance, contributing to a productive and efficient work environment.
