About the Role
We are looking for an Infra Tech Support Practitioner with strong expertise in AWS Administration to provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for both production and development systems. This role involves troubleshooting, implementing infrastructure solutions, and ensuring the smooth operation of cloud-based environments.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, contribute to technical discussions, and gradually become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in your domain.
