Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Sydney IT, to deliver high-quality IT services and support to the organization.
  • Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring financial efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Implement and maintain IT helpdesk operations, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and requests from staff.
  • Oversee the management of IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networks, and IT services, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Manage data center operations, ensuring uptime and reliability of critical systems and applications. Build and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Oversee IT invoice management, ensuring accurate billing and timely payments for IT services and products.
