Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced leader to head our Product and Data Analytics function. This role will drive the development of AI-powered Mar Tech products and ensure strong data infrastructure, insights, and reporting. You will lead teams across product, data engineering, and analytics to deliver scalable solutions for clients and internal teams.

• Drive AI/ML, Gen AI, and data-led innovation across products
• Oversee data lakes, pipelines, dashboards, and reporting to ensure accuracy and
scalability
• Enable data storytelling for QBRs, reviews, and critical client decisions
• Define data SOPs, governance, and quality checks, including finance-ready data
• Lead and mentor data engineers, data scientists, and analysts
• Support revenue growth by productizing analytics solutions and participating in
sales discussions
