About the Role

PRTR’s IT Team is looking for an experienced AVP - Infrastructure with global banking industry expertise to join one of our international clients in Bangkok. You’ll oversee a team of Infrastructure engineers and managers to support projects and operations. A successful candidate will have a good understanding of banking processes and be happy to provide hands-on support if required.
Responsibilities 
Liaising with respective Head Office personnel on IT matters.
Assisting the branch in resolving basic hardware faults or errors.
Resuming responsibility for controlling the computer system for the branch.
Performing tests of the disaster recovery plan at least once a year and updating any change to BCP immediately.
Deploying application on test/live system upon request from IT Head Office.
Liaising with vendors on hardware problems and requesting for engineers to be available on-site when required.
