Requirement:
- Demonstrating solid Avature Recruitment System or any other recruitment system experience.
- Proven experience in configuring Recruitment systems like Avature, Taleo, PeopleSoft or Oracle
- Demonstrate strong functional and/or Techno-functional knowledge and configuration experience in recruitment and onboarding modules, ‘Avature’ recommended.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment and HR business processes
