Avature Configuration Specialist

About the Role:

We are looking for a hands-on Avature Configuration Specialist to support the configuration, optimization, and ongoing improvement of our recruitment technology platform. This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of experience working with Avature recruitment system , who enjoys translating business needs into smart, scalable system solutions.

Job Locations: Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Gurgaon, Noida, Pune.

Key Responsibilities

System Configuration & Maintenance

Configure and maintain Avature modules, including:

• Workflows, forms, fields, and contract templates
• User roles, permissions, and security
• Dashboards, reports, and basic analytics

Stakeholder Collaboration

Partner with Platform Team, Talent Acquisition, etc to:
