About the Role

We are looking for an AV Coordinator to join our Technology team! The AV Coordinator will manage end-to-end aspects of audiovisual projects, conferences, and site meetings. To excel in this position, we are seeking a demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships and effectively communicate with both internal and external clients, positively influencing others and driving results.

As an  AV Coordinator , you will:

  • Coordinate and oversee all aspects of audiovisual requirements for projects, conferences, and site meetings.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand audiovisual needs, providing tailored solutions and defining the scope of work needed for job completion.
  • Maintain an inventory of audiovisual equipment, ensuring all items are recorded upon receipt and readily available for projects.
  • Coordinate equipment programming, installation, transportation logistics, and on-site bookings with clients.
