Auxiliary Power System Design Engineer

**Job Description Summary**
The North and South Europe Grid System Integration (GSI) team delivers a wide range of high voltage AC and DC transmission projects, including the connection of large Offshore Windfarms, and is looking for a “Auxiliary Power System Design Engineer” to join the team.

These large and complex projects involve the installation of a significant amount of equipment and require the design of a supporting auxiliary power network that is both efficient and resilient to ensure the overall system has the required availability.

In this role and working with the other members of the design team, you will first develop the system requirements, and then the auxiliary power network architecture, before going on to specify the equipment and other components needed for it’s realisation and finally managing the design integration.The system we design, validate and manage includes equipment such as: Auxiliary Transformers, Medium & Low voltage switchgear, D...
