About the Role
Lead maintenance efforts at a high-volume automotive plant in Kitchener, ON as the Maintenance & Facilities Manager. Oversee a team, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure safety standards are met.
The Maintenance & Facilities Manager supervises maintenance, facilities, and reliability functions for 25-30 skilled trades in a dynamic automotive manufacturing environment. This hands-on position requires a strong background in Millwright, Electrician, Automation Technician trade skills, and preventive maintenance practices, along with technical aptitude in CNC and PLC systems.
Key Responsibilities:
