Automation Test Analyst

Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Automation Test Engineer with hands-on experience in Selenium WebDriver, Java, TestNG/JUnit, and automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain robust automation test scripts to ensure high‑quality releases, improve testing efficiency, and support continuous integration practices.
Key Responsibilities
Automation Development
Design, develop, and maintain automated regression and functional test suites using Selenium WebDriver and Java.
Build and enhance modular, reusable automation frameworks (Hybrid/POM/BDD).
Automate web-based UI tests and API tests (if applicable).
Test Planning & Execution
Analyze user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria to create test scenarios.
Execute automated test scripts, analyze results, and report defects.
Perform root cause analysis for test failures and work with developers to resolve issues.
