Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and maintains existing critical process control systems utilizing PLCs, HMIs and other intelligent electronic devices.
• Maintains, develops and improves control concepts, program design and instrumentation/operator interfaces.
• Designs, develops and implements upgrades/enhancements to existing process control systems.
• Understands the processes and technology involved in melting, refining, casting and pouring steel and applies appropriate solutions to maximize operational efficiencies.
