About the Role
We are looking for 3+years experienced Automation Specialist with expertise in Retail Order Management Systems (OMS), automation frameworks, and microservices testing. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless order orchestration, system reliability, and scalability across omnichannel retail platforms.
Responsibilities include:
Retail OMS Testing
- Validate order lifecycle: capture, allocation, fulfillment, cancellation, and returns.
- Test integrations between OMS and ERP, POS, CRM, and warehouse systems.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and synchronization across channels.
