About the Role
Lead automation strategy for IML packaging lines, including robotics, PLCs, HMIs, servo systems, and vision inspection systems.
Ensure reliable operation of injection molding machines, IML robots, label feeding systems, and auxiliary equipment.
Oversee commissioning, validation, and optimization of new automation equipment and production lines.
Develop and maintain automation standards, documentation, and best practices.
Production Support & Troubleshooting
Provide advanced technical support for automation-related breakdowns and recurring issues.
Analyse downtime data and implement root cause corrective actions to improve OEE.
Work closely with production and maintenance teams to ensure smooth shift-to-shift operations.
Support mold changes, product changeovers, and new label introductions.
Drive process optimization initiatives to improve cycle time, scrap reduction, energy efficiency, and quality.
