POSITION DESCRIPTION

Purpose of Position

The Automation Manager is responsible for spearheading the development and implementation of cutting-edge automation solutions. This role is pivotal in driving the innovation of Flexible dipping line project and enhancing the automation roadmap for the packaging plant including implementig other innovative technologies to optimize production workflow.

Key Accountabilities

• Lead Innovative Dipping Line Projects. Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for dipping lines.
• Collaborate with Digitalization manager and cross-functional teams to identify and assess potential automation opportunities.
• Manage the complete lifecycle of dipping line automation projects, from ideation to deployment and maintenance.
