The Automation Manager at AbbVie Cork will lead the Automation and MES team within the Engineering department, directly reporting to the Site Engineering Manager. In this role, you will maximize manufacturing system efficiency by leveraging advanced automation technologies and fostering a culture of operational excellence and people development. Through strategic leadership, the Automation Manager will ensure the highest standards of equipment uptime, safety, and business value, supporting digital transformation and talent growth.
