Automation Implementation Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a Smart Manufacturing / Automation Engineer to support the planning, implementation, and optimization of automation solutions across production lines. This role focuses on improving productivity, yield, and manpower efficiency in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams and equipment vendors to deliver scalable and reliable automation solutions throughout the production lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement automation solutions for production lines (Assembly / Test / Packaging)
• Integrate, install, debug, and support ramp-up of automation equipment
• Collaborate with Process, Quality, Industrial Engineering, and equipment vendors to improve yield and throughput
