About the Role
Language Requirements:
- Proficient in English and Malay
- Basic Mandarin communication skills are preferred
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for the company's sales and project implementation teams.
- Coordinate and communicate on project site management, conduct product training, and ensure smooth project acceptance and handover.
- Handle on-site installation and commissioning for certain projects, or arrange and supervise workers during construction.
- Compile and maintain technical documentation, user manuals, project acceptance reports, and final completion documents.
Skills Required: CCTV & security systems, equipment installation, system commissioning, electrical automation, construction/project implementation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Automation, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Low-Voltage Intelligent Systems is preferred.
