Automation Engineer

We are looking for an Automation Engineer to support test automation activities in a mission-critical environment within the insurance domain.

Work setup: Hybrid – Lisbon, Portugal – 3 days on-site per week.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright and Selenium
• Collaborate with Product Owners and QA to translate requirements into test scenarios
• Define and maintain clear, structured test cases to ensure strong functional coverage
• Execute automated and manual tests, analyze results, and report defects with actionable details
• Integrate and maintain automated test suites within CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing
• Contribute to improving testing processes, automation frameworks, and overall QA efficiency
• Align QA and development teams on quality goals, risks, and release readiness
