+ Apply process-oriented and analytical thinking to identify and prioritize automation use cases based on efficiency, ROI, and risk reduction.
+ Build low-code/no-code business applications using Microsoft Power Platform, Appian, or comparable tools while promoting citizen development under governance.
+ Integrate AI services and capabilities into enterprise/GIS workflows; connect systems via APIs, data connectors, and cloud integrations.
+ Handle data transformation, validation, and security for automated processes; document automation lifecycles for traceability and change management.
