About the Role
- Drive machine connectivity and automation development:
- Develop machine RPA workflows using RCMMS + KVM for non-connected functions.
- Build basic dashboards for alarms, output, and machine visibility.
- Troubleshoot automation issues and support line adoption.
- Support rollout of machine automation projects:
- Coordinate machine integration activities with vendors and internal teams.
- Validate logic, parameters, and system handshake with Equipment Engineering.
- Assist in running pilot trials and stabilizing automated flows.
- Prepare documentation such as connection guides, workflows, and operation notes.
- Improve digital readiness & scalability:
- Ensure solutions can be scaled across multiple machine types and lines.
- Support machine data extraction for analytics and predictive monitoring.
