Automation & Development Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

a) Digitalization and Automation

• Assess manual processes that can be automated by collaborating with Business Units (BUs).
• Reduce manual effort and optimize processes while providing analytical insights through automation solutions.
• Minimize human error and ensure proper data governance for implemented solutions and products.
• Define product requirements, roadmaps, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.

b) Data Analytics Development & Integration

• Develop a data analytics framework to commercialize Managed Data Analytics solutions by leveraging data collected from customers' Altel-deployed infrastructure.
• Generate meaningful insights to support business decision-making.
• Optimize analytics models for scalability, performance (latency), and cost efficiency.
