Qualifications
- Lead the design and implementation of internal logistics automation systems for semiconductor Backend industry , including but not limited to AGV, OHT, and Automated Storage & Retrieval Systems (AS/RS);
- Drive automation equipment retrofitting and upgrades to improve system stability and material handling efficiency;
- Manage end-to-end automation projects, including requirement analysis, solution design, vendor evaluation, implementation, and final acceptance;
- Coordinate and manage multiple automation equipment vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Process, IT, Equipment, etc.) to integrate automation systems with MES/WMS and other factory systems;
- Stay up to date with industry trends and continuously optimize logistics automation solutions.
