Job Description:
The Auto Body Apprentice repairs minor vehicle damage while shadowing a licensed Auto Body Technician. The Auto Body Apprentice works with all team members in achieving the repair facilities' KPIs.

Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.Repairs vehicles as per insurance guidelines and our quality standardsInspect and disassemble the vehicle to determine all damages at the beginning of the repairRepair minor damage to vehicle’s body panelsRepair or replace interior and exterior parts, electrical components and vehicle accessoriesReassemble vehicle once repairs are completeInspect completed work to ensure the repair is up to quality standardsShadow a Licensed Auto Body Technician to perform repairsActively pursues learning opportunities and applies newly gained knowledge to tasks, contributing to high-quality ...
