AUS Inds Mechanical Seal Technician

We’re on the hunt for a reliable and hands-on Mechanical Seal Repair Technician to join our Acacia Ridge team. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person responsible for running the repair and rebuild facility and responding to sales enquiries for new seals and repairs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Stripping, assessment and all aspects of repair and testing of mechanical seals
• Assembly of custom mechanical seals
• Attending to sales enquiries for new mechanical seals and seals repairs
• Maintenance of the repair equipment and conditioning of lapping plates etc
• Submission of customer quotations in a timely manner
• Preparing seal condition reports, clearly identifying & articulating failure modes
