Your new role
- ISQM Implementation: Help identify process gaps and improve the firm's quality management system.
- Audit Process Coordination: Lead and refine audit policies, team operations, training, and performance tracking.
- Quality Documentation: Keep detailed records to ensure the firm's audit quality system complies with regulatory standards.
- Regulatory Compliance: Handle all matters with regulators (AOB, PCAOB, MIA, MICPA), including licencing, CPE tracking, and committee support.
- Leadership Reporting: Share key findings with key leaders and ensure audit strategies align with their expectations.
