About the Role

Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the installation, configuration, and operation of audio visual equipment, including projectors, screens, sound systems, lighting, and video conferencing systems.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for audio visual equipment and systems, and ensure that all issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their audio visual needs, and provide recommendations for improvements and upgrades to existing systems.
Plan and execute audio visual setups for events and meetings, including coordinating with vendors, technicians, and other stakeholders to ensure that all equipment is properly installed and functioning.
Maintain an inventory of audio visual equipment, and ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.
