Minimum requirements:
Consultant: Elaine Braysher - Dante Personnel Pretoria Faerie Glen
Minimum requirements:
- Newly Admitted Attorney or 3 years' experience post admission
- General Litigation including Personal Injury and assessment of claims
- Labour Law, CCMA, Bargaining Councils, Labour Court
- Presiding and prosecuting disciplinary hearings, drafting of submissions, rulings and sanctions
