Attendant, Shuttle Operations

Job Summary

During the opening, operation and closure of the park, strictly implement the shuttle operation standards, to provide quality travel experience for team members and visitors, to ensure smooth drive-way and orderly parking.

Major Responsibilities

Understand and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UBR policy, procedures training and Team Member involvement activities.

Follow the service concept of Universal Way”, warmly welcome guests who need shuttle services, and provide a safe and considerate service experience.

Direct arriving/departing shuttle bus to appropriate stations and parking spaces and manages, dispatches and controls traffic.

Ensure a proper Team Members and guests flow to shuttle bus and ensure that there are no passengers stranded in the designated area.
