Job description:
A Field Service Technician performs on site maintenance, repairs, diagnostics, and component replacements while managing inventory, reporting, and customer issue resolution. The role requires mechanical/electrical aptitude, problem solving skills, integrity, and the ability to work independently with flexible hours. Technicians must handle physical tasks, travel, follow safety and security protocols, and use smartphones and basic tools to complete daily service calls.
