Atlassian Administrator

Lone Wolf is seeking an Atlassian Administrator to support the IT Service Management team across our offices in the US, Canada, Colombia, and the Philippines. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance Jira workflows—particularly in Problem, Incident, Change, and Release Management—while ensuring alignment with ITIL best practices.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Administer, configure, and maintain Atlassian environments (workflows, permissions, schemes, dashboards).
Develop, implement, and support custom scripts and automation for Jira integrations with third-party applications (e.g., Power Automate, Outlook, Power BI, internal tools).
Design and manage REST API integrations to enable seamless data flow between Jira and business applications.
Collaborate with teams to understand business needs and recommend workflow or integration improvements.
