Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Asst.Manager R&D for our Further Processing plant. You will be constructing menus/recipe with new or existing culinary creations ensuring the variety and quality of products.

Responsibilities

·      Involvement in new product development of value added products of chicken (sausage, salami, tikka, kebab, pizza toppings, burger patty’s, nuggets etc.

·      Well experienced in kitchen, development and product research, preparation, product sensory etc

·      Experience and knowledge in recipe development and identification 

·      Able to produce and sensory evaluate the further processed products

·      Knowledge in inventory management –products and kitchen equipments

·      Ability to Match/Develop/Replicate samples from Customers
