Experience: min 3 years on Site Experience desired.

Skills Required: Experience in Interior Fit out Works mandatory. Fluent in English (desirable), should be able to communicate in local language at Site

Job Description:

Your role will broadly involve (but not limited to) the following:

• Co-ordinate with vendors on site for day-to-day activities.
• Update progress of works to the Projects Manager/Co-ordinator on day-to-day basis.
• Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications.
• Ensure that the works done on site are in accordance with the specifications.
• Assist Projects Manager/Co-ordinator in monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the Architect.
