Essential RequirementsGraduate degree in Civil Engineering from an institute of repute and Master’s degree in Structural engineering.Experience: Proven 5-8 year experience in design of Bridges and other highway related structures, preferably in a consulting or engineering firm. Proficient in structural analysis software (such as SAP2000, MIDAS, or STAAD Pro) and CAD software (such as AutoCAD, Revit or SOFiSTiK).Code Knowledge: Familiarity with relevant bridge design codes and standards, such as AASHTO, Eurocodes, or local bridge design guidelines.Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with team members, clients, and stakeholders.Experience in leading a team of engineers and CAD technicians.Experience of technical leadership for major highway projects at feasibility and detailed design stages.Ability to fully understand, explain, present and solve complex technical problems for technical and non-technical audiences.ResponsibilitiesContribu...
