About the Role We are seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join a well-established and high performing Corporate Tax team based in Adelaide. This role offers hands on exposure to a broad range of corporate tax matters, with strong Partner access, structured development, and clear pathways for progression.

- Prepare and review company and trust tax returns
- Assist with corporate and international tax advisory engagements
- Support M&A transactions, including tax structuring and due diligence
- Assist with ATO reviews, audits, rulings, and tax governance matters
