Associate- US REIT Tax

Role Overview

We are seeking a Chartered Accountant with US real estate tax consulting exposure to support US-based real estate tax consulting engagements, including REIT due diligence (DD) projects and other advisory assignments for our Real Estate Tax practice. The role will work closely with US engagement teams and play a key role in delivering high-quality tax analysis, due diligence support, and consulting deliverables for complex real estate structures.

Key Responsibilities

• Support US real estate tax consulting and due diligence engagements, including REIT DD projects
• Assist in tax analysis related to REIT qualification, entity structures, acquisitions, and dispositions
• Review and analyze financial and tax data for due diligence purposes
