About the Role
- Prepare financial analysis and development pro formas to support decision-making across the full development lifecycle, including acquisitions, rezoning, design development, sales/leasing strategy, pre-construction planning, tendering, and construction;
- Support cross-functional execution across Acquisitions, Development, Sales & Marketing, Finance, Construction, and Customer Care to help ensure projects remain aligned, on schedule, and within budget;
- Proactively identify potential risks and issues, escalat(e) appropriately, and contribute to the development and execution of mitigation strategies;
- Support the planning and execution of project launches and marketing programs, coordinating consultants and internal stakeholders to ensure readiness and quality of materials;
