Associate Territory Manager, Joint Replacement (OI)

**About the job:**

This role assists in the execution of business strategy for Orthopedic Instruments business for Singapore by promoting and selling our products, services and solutions to current and new customers. This role will also be required to meet growth targets and deliver levels of service and professionalism consistent with the strategic plan across the region.

**What you will be doing:**

+ Responsible to provide monthly sales forecast, meeting sales targets and demo/case support in the Operating theatre.
+ Identify untapped business opportunities, formulates account strategies & ensure effective implementation of territory action plans.
+ Provide regular market/competitor updates, sharing findings about market trends.
+ Create and maintain relationships with key hospital stakeholders (e.g Surgeons, Nurse Managers).
+ Manage & implement local sales strategies & execution in line with country objectives.
