The role combines technical ownership, team leadership, and client collaboration, ensuring high-quality delivery, scalability, and innovation. You will guide architecture, mentor developers, validate estimations, and actively contribute to the organization’s growth by driving innovation, promoting reusability, and engaging in pre-sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Mentorship:
Lead, mentor, and manage Unity and Unreal developers, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Conduct technical training, code reviews, and onboarding programs to strengthen capabilities.
Support senior engineers in developing leadership skills and ownership.
Project Oversight & Delivery:
Oversee technical design, development, and delivery of 4+ concurrent projects.
