Associate Team Lead

The Associate Team Lead (ATL) will be responsible for driving team performance, ensuring revenue achievement, and maintaining high standards of execution within the sales team. This role requires a strong balance of individual contribution, team coaching, process adherence, and performance management. The ATL is expected to lead by example, enable team success, and ensure consistent delivery against business goals. Key Responsibilities 1. Revenue & Performance Management Drive team revenue targets (Order Intake) and ensure consistent achievement. Monitor daily input metrics such as calls, connects, demos, and conversions. Track and manage sales funnel and disposition metrics. Ensure data-driven performance tracking and reporting. 2. Team Leadership & Coaching Conduct daily stand-ups and regular performance reviews.
