About the Role

Associate Systems Engineer Job Responsibilities ● Contribute to the continuous improvement of system design and infrastructure architecture to ensure reliability and scalability.
● Provide system administration support to the Operations and Technology Team, including issue resolution and structured troubleshooting.
● Identify system vulnerabilities and performance gaps, and recommend or implement effective improvements.
● Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.
● Willing to work on a shifting schedule, and participate in the 24/7 Systems Operations Team on-call rotation.

Respond to and resolve critical system incidents in real time.
