About the Role
What you'll do:
- Support development of internal products and automations
- Work on backend / integration tasks under guidance
- Help integrate tools like WorkStatus and internal bots
- Track tasks, progress, and basic documentation
- Fix bugs and improve existing features
- Coordinate with team members and report progress regularly
Who this is for:
- Fresh graduate or 0–1 year experience
- Understanding of programming (Python / backend concepts preferred)
- Willingness to learn, take guidance, and accept new challenges
- Organized, responsible, and clear in communication
- Comfortable working with remote teams
Nice to have (not required):
- Any experience with APIs, automation, or SaaS tools
- Familiarity with Git and basic deployments
