Responsibilities (includes Tasks And Authorities)

• Act as the technical expert for the following solutions, focusing on end-to-end operational support and management:
• Trend Micro - Full-cycle management of endpoint protection platforms, from deployment to advanced policy tuning and alert response.
• SentinelOne - End-to-end EDR operations, including agent lifecycle management, threat hunting, and automated remediation.
• CrowdStrike - Comprehensive support for the Falcon platform, ensuring full visibility, threat detection, and incident containment.
• Operational Support: Provide expertise in handling solutions on a day-to-day operational basis or supporting customers.
